Builder: Yuri Nikolaevich Shreter and Konstantin Petrovich Paris de la Valet
The palace in Svetozar Miletic 17 is known as the Djukic palace after the Djukic brothers who were the investors. The project was made by architects Yuri Nikolaevich Shreter and Konstantin Petrovich Paris de la Valet, who emigrated from Russia after the October Revolution. The facade is made in Neo-Romantic style and is one of the most interesting in the old core of Novi Sad. As an inspiration, architects used medieval architecture, and with its concept, the building resembles the gothic and early renaissance Venetian palaces.
