Sand Ridge Memorial House – Mórahalom

The house for exhibitions of peasant culture, customs, and relics of the first half of the last century of Mórahalom opened on On March 15, 2009. One of the rooms of the Memorial House offers a glimpse into the 1920s and 30s, and another room evokes the atmosphere of the 1950s. Visitors can see home furnishings, contemporary documents and photographs, as well as tools used in peasant farming. They managed to collect the old memories, utensils, furniture that could show the former Szeged farmstead and the everyday life of the people living here. There is also a memorial room for the work of Kunó Klebelsberg in the memorial house.
